It's time to get my ass in gear, so starting right now I'm going to do a much better job of training, including blogging about it. This is the official beginning of my push for a BQ, so if you've got anything that will help me, send it my way! I need all the help I can get!
My training goals for right now are pretty simple: Train for a half marathon with a (sub) 1:45 in mind, swim twice a week, and go to yoga at least once a week. And most importantly, eat right! I've got to get back in shape (less than 6 months ago I could do a 20-mile run and a 35-mile bike ride in the same day and barely bat an eye)!
Boston, ready or not, here I come!
